Return/Exchange
RETURN
• Returns must be received in new condition—unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached—in order to be accepted.
• Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of the order being delivered. Returns postmarked after this window, or that do not meet our return criteria, will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• All sale items are final. No return and exchange.
• Items returned with visible signs of use—such as makeup, hair, fibers, dander, dust, dirt, deodorant, or perfume—will not be accepted. If such items are sent, the customer must provide a return shipping label to have them sent back.
• Items must be returned in protective packaging (e.g., original polybag or shipping box) to ensure safe transit.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 10–14 business days to process.
• Please use a trackable shipping service when sending returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGE
• Exchanges are available on eligible items for U.S. orders only. International orders are not eligible for exchange. Certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO locations, and U.S. Territories are not eligible for return.
• You may exchange an eligible item for a different size within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges (both ways).
• Please use a trackable shipping service when sending returns or exchanges.
