We do our best to process orders on the same day. However, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and shipping. Free ground shipping is available on orders of $100 or more within the continental USA only.
RETURNS
Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns postmarked after this window or that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted.
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any items. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
