RETURNS
Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns postmarked after this window or that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted.
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any items. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
